Randy surprised me with this beauty today. Now I have him looking up at the trees everywhere too.
It weighed almost five pounds. What a treat! I dried two pounds. Cooked about a pound. Ate about half a pound. I still have so much left!
Randy and I have been putting dried Lions mane in our coffee. I am making a mushroom tincture with a bunch of mushrooms I found. That is supposed to be the most potent usable way to injest mushrooms and really get the benefits.
We will see how it turns out.
